While still in Latvia, I founded a property management company, but I couldn't do real estate in the USA before I finally got licensed in 2020.

According to North Carolina Real Estate Commission, I am licensed to work as a real estate broker in the state of North Carolina, USA.

I work in the Triangle Area and I am a REALTOR®

As an MBA, I am especially drawn to working with investors. Yet, I will serve you responding to all your inquiries.

My strengths are listening and hearing the true needs of my clients as well as keen attention to detail. (I've worked in legal translation for 20+ years.)

Translation & Digital Media Business

After graduating from the Stockholm School of Economy in Riga in 2005, I founded a translation company and named it DODAM.

The company's headquarter is located in Valmiera. In 2012, we opened a representation in another location where I lived at the time.

DODAM is still operating although I have left Latvia. Now, we not only translated, but also offer help with video editing and subtitling.

DODAM is also assisting with the work with customer service regarding my digital courses.

By the way, if you don't recognize me in this pic, I am the second one from the left. (Yes, I was blonde at that time.)
